1- What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Ready-to-Ship Designs

  • MOQ: 10–50 pieces per design, depending on the style.
  • Colors and designs can be mixed within the MOQ.

Custom Orders

  • 100 pcs / design
    For selected existing designs (no changes).

  • 300 pcs / color
    For light customization based on our existing designs.

  • 500 pcs / design
    For fully customized new designs (up to 2–3 colors).

  • 1000 pcs / design
    For fully customizable simple/basic designs.

If you would like to customize fabric printing or patterns, the MOQ will depend on the printing mill’s minimum order quantity.

We have baby product expert  to deal with your inquiry, after receiving your inquiry, our service team will send you a quote within 1 working day.

We operate 6 dedicated diaper bag production lines, which can be scaled up to 10 lines to meet peak demand. Depending on the complexity of the design, our monthly output ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 units. This flexibility allows us to handle both specialized custom orders and high-volume retail demands efficiently.

4- Would it be possible to make an appointment or have a visit?

you are most welcome. Our headquarter is located in the city of Hangzhou, about 1 hours high speed railway from shanghai.

Upon your approval of our samples and pricing, we will issue a proforma invoice detailing all aspects of the order. A 30% deposit is required to initiate production.

Production commences immediately upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining 70% balance is due prior to shipment. Delivery will be arranged once full payment is confirmed in our account. here is the detailed process for start a diaper bag order.

1- How long is the sample lead time?

 Yes, we have our R&D and Design Department for new creative designs, usually we Launch New Designs Every Month, so do not subscribe our page and get the newest update.

3- Can I have a sample?

Certainly. We offer two types of samples:

  1. Stock samples: Available for most designs showcased on our website.
  2. Customized samples: Tailored to your specifications (branding, materials, colors, sizes, etc.).

Sample Policy:

  • Stock samples: Complimentary with orders. Initial sample fee refundable upon order placement.
  • Customized samples: $100 per piece.

Shipping costs (approximately $30, varies by destination) apply to all sample requests.

We’ll gladly refund the sample fee for stock items once an order is placed, effectively making these samples free of charge when included with a purchase.

1- What payment method do you accept?

100% L/C at sight.
TT. (telegraphic transfer): 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Production lead time is contingent upon specific order requirements. Typically, our standard manufacturing cycle spans approximately 30-45 days from order confirmation to completion.

We offer a comprehensive range of international shipping methods to accommodate various client needs:

• EXW (Ex Works): Available for all destinations
• FOB (Free On Board): Available for all destinations
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight): Available for most countries
• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available for select countries
• DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid): Available for select countries

Our flexibility in shipping terms allows us to tailor logistics solutions to meet specific client requirements and comply with international trade regulations. Please consult with our sales team for detailed information on shipping options for your particular destination.

We ship to worldwide, however there are some countries we do not offer DDP shipping.

We also provide End to End Business Management service if you have any problem on import the order.

4- What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We typically offer three shipping methods:

Air freight: 7-10 days
Rail freight: 25-35 days
Sea freight: approximately 35-60 days

1- How do you ensure the sustainability of your products?

 Our diaper bags are produced in compliance with quality standards and undergo testing to meet requirements like CPC, CA65, and EN71. We also welcome third-party quality inspections and testing. you can know more about our quality control system.

      yes, prior to accepting raw materials into our inventory, we require suppliers to provide certificates of analysis detailing the composition and concentration of the materials. This is to ensure compliance with the chemical requirements specified in standards such as CPC, CA65, and EN71. Additionally, we conduct in-house laboratory testing on the physical performance characteristics, such as colorfastness and tensile strength, of the raw materials. Only those that meet our stringent quality criteria are permitted to enter our raw material warehouse and proceed to the production stage.

3- What is your quality warranty terms?

  For in-stock/ready-to-ship nappy bags, we provide a full refund for any defective products (e.g., broken, soiled, or incorrectly shipped).

  For custom diaper bags, the refund policy is based on the order quantity and the pre-agreed quality standards. If the number of defective items exceeds 0.5-1% of the total order quantity, we will provide a refund in accordance with the established quality agreement.

We are committed to providing reliable delivery times for all orders. Our production and shipping schedules are carefully planned in advance to ensure timely fulfillment.

For all orders, we will provide you with a confirmed delivery date upfront. Then, approximately 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery, we will proactively update you on the current status of your order.

In the event of any unforeseen delays, we will offer expedited shipping options at no additional cost to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
