Pre-Production Confirmation & Sampling
Before mass production begins, we’ll work closely with you to confirm every detail—style, dimensions, fabrics, linings, hardware, colors, trims, and packaging. This ensures we fully understand your vision. We then create physical samples for your approval before moving forward.
Mold Making & Printing Preparation
Based on your customization needs, we coordinate with specialized suppliers to produce necessary tooling from your files—cutting dies for fabrics, casting molds for custom hardware, and screen printing templates. Samples are made and approved before bulk production of components begins.
Material Cutting & Pre-Sewing Preparation
Once all materials arrive, we cut fabrics, linings, pearl cotton padding, sandwich mesh, and other materials into required shapes. Zippers, snaps, handles, logos, and other components are then prepared and pre-assembled. Quality checks are conducted at each stage to ensure only defect-free parts move to the next step.
Sewing
This is what most people picture as “making a diaper bag”—skilled workers expertly assembling components into the final product. Sewing is the core of production, requiring not only technical skill but also careful planning by production managers to ensure all parts come together seamlessly.
Quality Control & Packaging
After sewing, bags enter our QC process. Teams of 3-5 inspectors trim loose threads, check stitch strength, verify all components, confirm logos/labels/patterns are correctly placed, and ensure proper shape. Each bag is tagged and individually packaged. Any defective items are marked for rework or disposal—only bags matching your approved sample leave our facility.
Packing & Shipping
We accommodate special labeling requirements for brands and Amazon sellers. After individual packaging, typically 20-25 bags are packed in 5-ply corrugated cartons to prevent deformation during transit while optimizing shipping costs. Whether you work with FOB, CIF, or DDP terms, we provide complete tracking and follow up until your perfect order arrives.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
Completing your order is just the beginning. We offer a 1-year warranty covering repairs, replacements, refunds, or restocking for any quality issues. We’re also ready to support design updates and iterations with sampling and pricing for your next project.
